This hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were sparkling clean and a cut above most hotels I've stayed in. The service was top-notch with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, right next to the Peace Center and within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. The dining experience was extensive and the facilities were great. The only downside was the lack of built-in USB charging ports in the room.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were extremely new and clean, much nicer than other hotels I've stayed in this year. The service was so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Greenville, though a bit expensive on event weekends. The dining options were limited but the hotel offered a welcome drink. The facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a great stay.

Staying at the hotel gave us a quiet, private space for my Dad, our family, and friends to easily visit with one another, enjoy the view of downtown Greenville, and taste the delicious food from Ric Erwin's. The bar up to the room was quite, and security was excellent with solid doors and a clear layout of the hotel. However, there were ongoing building works which disrupted the peace and the valet desk experience fell short.
